The name came before the company. A symphony is performed only after

much practice and when all instruments are in tune. The inspiration for a

microwave company is not dissimilar; the performance of a microwave

application is dependent on each component hitting the right note. In November 2025, Symphony Microwave Technologies was acquired by Microwave Techniques.
